This is an inexpensive LeCoultre Atmos VIII 

The serial number starts with 24, therefore from around 1965 

It keeps time very well, but the case is "aged"

The frame and clock are made of gold-plated brass 

The dial is white with goldtone metal Arabic numerals, hour markers and hands 

Blocking lever at the base on the front used to lock the pendulum whenever the clock needs to be moved 

Water-level N inside in front of the pendulum to ensure that your clock is level
