This is a genuine German Observation Watch from 1943, used by their airforce with the number FL23883.

The German Ministry of Aviation sought a commensurate time piece for its bomber navigators, the responsibility to produce accurate and usable timepieces with which to control the war was given to five manufacturers: A.Lange & Sohne, IWC, Wempe, Stowa and Laco.

This the Laco (Lacher & Co.)

The case is in reasonable condition, the case back is damaged due to moisture from the skin.

The dial is in mint condition.

The movement (which has the same serial number as the case) is in excellent condition, it runs perfectly: as you can see on the extract of our watchmaker.

The strap is very old, but you (or we) can change it, of course.
